“Valerie was great for this transaction as I don't live in the state and had to do everything from another State. She was perfect for the job and did excellent! Thank you Valerie”

Eric Hansen, Boulder City Nev

“Valerie was an absolute godsend to us during our homebuying process. The lender we worked with had nothing but issues and threw roadblock after roadblock in our way along with dropping the ball several times with paperwork. Throughout the process Valerie was on the ball and followed up with them at every step and stayed on them to make sure that we closed when we were supposed to.

Prior to finding our house, she showed us dozens of properties and was very open and honest with us about every house we looked at. We never felt pressured to buy and we ended up purchasing a house almost 100k lower than we had qualified for. She made it clear that it wasn't about the money or commission to her, but that we were happy with the house we chose.

If you want someone to represent your best interests, keep things 100% honest, perfectly set expectations, and someone that knows her stuff, then Val is the realtor for you.”

“At the time I found myself needing to sell my house and property, I had two very sentimental elder disabled people with multiple pets and limited income staying in the home. I felt it imperative that their transition to a new, affordable home with a well-fenced yard for their furry companions, would be a gentle one. Valerie Nielson was compassionately on board from the start, working patiently and tirelessly to ensure their needs and my concerns were addressed and met at every step. She diligently kept us immediately and thoroughly informed throughout the entire process. Her knowledge, professionalism, and kindness resulted in a smooth and jubilant closing for all. Valerie is not only a superb real estate agent, she’s a superb human being!”

My house.”

“I have a lot to say with such a small box. Valerie was the best. We used her when we originally bought the property we just sold. Valerie was always on the ball she was constantly checking on the property being I live a state away now, thus making sure everything was good cause i couldn't and letting me know if there was an issue. She is very friendly and knowledgeable about everything. She goes above and beyond what she is hired to do. This process was so smooth it really relieved the stress of selling a house and she made sure I didn't have to drive back for closing by setting up a remote closing for me. There is no one else I would rather use to buy or sell a house because we have been happy with her performance and knowledge both times. Thank you Valerie for everything.”

Robert Andreoli, Williston nd

“I initially called Valerie because I saw her name on sign in the yard of a house I was interested in, and I am so glad I made that call! She was able to show me that house the same day and even though I wasn't in a position to buy yet, she kept in touch until I was ready. When I was ready to buy, she scheduled showings for the homes I was interested in and added some of her own excellent recommendations. I never felt like Valerie was trying to sell me anything... it was more like she was helping me take my time to find the best fit for me. When I did find the perfect house, she walked me through the buying process and made great recommendations for financing. I always felt comfortable asking questions, knowing I'd receive an accurate and well-explained answer. Valerie made this stressful and time consuming process as quick and easy as possible, from the day we made the offer to the day we closed! I very highly recommend Valerie to anyone... from first time to experienced homebuyers!”

Not only will I choose her in the future for further business, I also highly recommend her to anyone looking to get things done.
